N-01 The brief

Summit Ridge USD passed a bond to modernize a 210,000 SF campus — seismic upgrades, new science wing, rebuilt commons — but had nowhere to send 1,900 students. The work had to happen around a live school year, with the loud, dusty, structural phases compressed into three summer windows.

N-02 The build

Won at public hard bid with a phasing plan drawn before bid day: fourteen classroom swings, hard-walled separations with dedicated construction access, and every summer sprint pre-bought in the spring so materials sat on site the day school let out. Certified payroll, board reporting and background-checked badging ran as their own workstream with a dedicated coordinator.

N-03 The handover

Three summer phases, three on-time handovers on the Friday before term. Zero lost instructional days, zero recordable incidents on the occupied campus, and a final cost 0.4% under the awarded bid after closeout of all allowances.
