12+ years CM at-risk · battery / semiconductor / clean-room experience preferred. Lead PM on $100M+ programs. Base $165K — $220K + bonus + profit share.
10+ years field · active-facility healthcare experience required · ICRA / ILSM trained. Lead super on $80 — $250M projects. Base $145K — $185K + bonus.
8+ years GC estimating · BIM-driven take-off · industrial preferred. Joins 24-person pre-con team. Base $130K — $170K + bonus.
OSHA-30 + CHST + 10 years construction safety. Carries 4-project region. Base $135K — $170K + bonus + company truck.
8+ years BIM coordination · Revit + Navisworks · healthcare or clean-room project experience. Base $115K — $150K + bonus.
Year-round intake. 4-year structured apprenticeship · paid · benefits · OSHA-30 included. Apply with two trade references.
