C-01 Capability
Preconstruction & Estimating
Budgets you can take to your board — before the drawings are done.
Preconstruction is where projects are actually won or lost. Our estimators price from quantity take-offs, current sub market data and our own self-perform cost history — then keep the estimate alive through every design milestone so there is no bid-day surprise, because bid day happened months earlier on paper.
What you get
- Conceptual and milestone estimates (SD / DD / CD) with variance reconciliation
- Constructability reviews and value-engineering logs with cost/schedule impact
- Site logistics and phasing plans drawn, not described
- Long-lead procurement register: switchgear, AHUs, dock equipment, structural steel

C-02 Capability
Design-Build
One contract, one team, one throat to choke — and the fastest path to keys.
Under design-build, Meridian holds the design contract and the risk. We assemble the architect and engineers around your program, run design and procurement in parallel, and start foundations while upper floors are still being detailed. It is the delivery method we recommend when the calendar is the client's real budget.

C-03 Capability
Construction Management
CM at risk: your architect, our guaranteed price, everyone at the table from day one.
CM at risk keeps the owner's design team in place and brings Meridian in during design as the constructor — pricing continuously, planning logistics, buying long-lead scopes early, and ultimately guaranteeing a maximum price. It is the method of choice for healthcare and public education work, where design control and cost certainty both matter.

C-04 Capability
Self-Perform Work
Concrete, steel erection, rough carpentry and demolition — with our own hands.
One hundred and twenty craft professionals wear Meridian colours. Self-performing the critical-path trades — structural concrete, tilt-up, steel erection, rough carpentry, selective demolition — means the schedule's spine belongs to us, not to the busiest subcontractor in the market. It is also where our estimating data and our safety culture come from.
What you get
- Structural and site concrete: foundations, super-flat slabs, tilt-up panels
- Steel erection including crane-rail and mezzanine systems
- Rough carpentry, blocking and backing crews
