Most of our kitchens land between $55,000 and $120,000. Refreshes that keep the layout start around $30,000. Your exact price comes after design, and it is fixed.

Powder rooms start around $9,000, hall baths usually run $24,000 to $40,000, and primary baths $42,000 to $85,000. Tub-to-shower conversions start around $11,000.

Because it saves you time. If we know your range, we can design to it and tell you at the first meeting what it will and won't cover. We never use it to raise the price.

Tell us anyway. Sometimes a refresh or a phased plan works. If we are not the right fit, we will say so kindly and point you to someone who is.

Saturdays are open studio, no appointment needed. Tuesday to Friday, appointments are best so a designer is free for you.

Yes. The first 60 to 90 minute consultation is free, in the showroom or by video. An in-home measure visit is $150, credited to your design agreement.

Yes. We build from outside designers' plans often. We'll still check every measurement before we order anything.

Usually 3 to 10 weeks on site, depending on scope. We don't start until cabinets are close to arriving, so the room isn't torn up while we wait.

Our own carpenters and project manager, plus licensed plumbing, electrical, and stone partners we have worked with for years. You'll know who is coming each day.

Yes, for every job that needs one. Permits and inspections are in your proposal as their own line.

Two years on our workmanship, in writing, plus the manufacturers' warranties on cabinets, fixtures, and stone.

Four milestone payments tied to real progress: 25% at signing, 30% when cabinets arrive, 30% when counters are templated, and 15% after the final walkthrough.

We work with lending partners who offer home improvement loans, and many clients use a home equity line. Rates and approval come from the lender.
