Grown in the shadow of Volcán de Agua, Cloud Forest is classic Antigua: dense beans, deep sweetness, and a plummy acidity that keeps the cup lively without ever turning sharp.
We roast it a hair deeper than our other mediums to caramelize that toffee note. Lovely black, structured enough for a splash of milk.
