Count Eight is a neighbourhood studio. Some dancers come for one class a week and a costume in June. Some train five days a week on the team. Some are 41 and finally taking tap. All of them get the same teachers, the same sprung floors and the same plain-words fees.

Teachers count you in with "five, six, seven, eight." That last count is where the dancing starts. It is also our name.

6 The June Show

Lights.
Stage.
Count Eight.

Saturday June 12 and Sunday June 13, 2027. Three shows, each under two hours, and every dancer is in one of them. The show is optional, every fee is printed in September, and a professional video is included.

Faculty

Six teachers, each with a lane they love: classical ballet, hip hop and breaking, tap and musical theatre, early childhood, contemporary and adult beginners. Every one of them has a current criminal record check and first aid on file.
