New here? Your first 3 classes are $49. The intro offer

Quiet Form Pilates · Toronto

New students only · once, kindly

3 classes.
$49. That's the offer.

Three real reformer classes — not a taster, not a tour — inside 30 days. That's $16.33 a class against a $42 drop-in, because one class tells you if you like it, and three tell you if it's yours.

$126 of classes for $49. It doesn't auto-renew into anything — when it's done, you choose what's next.

How it works

Three visits, zero ambush

  1. Book your first Foundations class

The scheduler below applies the offer automatically. Foundations is the designed first class — springs explained, pace unhurried, beginners expected.

  2. Come back twice within 30 days

Classes two and three can be Foundations again or Reformer Flow when you're feeling brave. Three visits is enough for the machine to stop being strange.

  3. Then decide — without a meeting

No 'wrap-up consult', no membership pitch at the desk. If it's yours, memberships and packs are published openly. If it's not, thank you for trying.

Both of these count toward your three. The scheduler opens with the intro offer already applied, a day picker for the next two weeks, and live spots-left on every time.

From members who started with the intro offer

“I came in with the intro offer, fully expecting to be the disaster at the back. There is no back. Mara set my springs, learned my name, and I was hooked by the second class.”

Terms you can read standing up

All prices in Canadian dollars. HST added at checkout. The cancellation window is the same 12 hours every member gets — intro students aren't a separate species.

  • New clients only, once per person — we mean the once part kindly
  • 3 group classes (Foundations or Flow) within 30 days of your first visit
  • Grip socks included on your first class ($6 value, yours to keep)
  • Doesn't auto-renew into anything. When it's done, it's done — you choose what's next

Asked every week

I've never done Pilates. Which class do I book?

Reformer Foundations — always. It's built for first-timers, the teacher sets your equipment, and the intro offer (3 classes for $49) is the designed way in. If stepping into any group feels like too much, a single private session first is a lovely runway.

What do I wear and bring?

Leggings or anything you can move in — nothing slippery. Grip socks are required; bring your own or grab a pair at the desk for $6 (free with your first intro class). We provide everything else, including the water you forgot.

Do you sell the intro offer as a gift?

Yes — email or call us and we'll set it up under the recipient's name with a handwritten card at the desk. It's become a quietly popular baby-shower gift, which we take as the highest compliment.

The hardest part is the door. We know.

Eight reformers, a teacher who sets your springs, and at least one other person on their first month. Book the class — the rest is a very nice ceiling.
