i.begin the practice

three
classes,
seventy-five.

three classes for new students, valid for fourteen days. we’ll book the three for you with the right teachers — arriving, moving, and a class of your choice. you can also book all three yourself after we send the welcome email.

ii.how the three classes go
  1. i.
    before you arrive

    we'll send a single email

no app to download. no portal to set up. you'll get one email with the room address, what to bring, and your three booked classes — confirmed by a person, not a system.

  2. ii.
    first class

arriving · with noor or asha

we'll greet you at the door ten minutes early. noor's arriving class is the slowest on the schedule — first class for many. you don't need to be flexible to begin.

  3. iii.
    second class

moving · with asha or lior

the moving format. continuous flow, medium springs. by class two we know your name and the way you carry your weight. the room teaches you the shape of the room.

  4. iv.
    third class

    your choice

by the third, most students have a teacher they want to return to. pick that one. or pick strengthening if you'd like to know what the harder room feels like — maren teaches it on tuesdays.

v.common questions
01.question

why three classes?

because pilates is a learned thing. one class teaches you nothing. three classes teaches you which room you want to be in. we don't sell unlimited memberships — we sell rooms you'll return to.

02.question

do I need to be flexible?

no. flexibility is rarely the limiting factor in pilates. the room teaches what the body needs in the order the body needs it.

03.question

what if I have an injury?

tell us when you call to begin. we'll match you to noor (post-rehab background) or kiri (alignment-precise) for your first class.

04.question

can I bring a friend?

yes. tell us when you book; the second person also pays seventy-five for three classes (introductory offer applies to anyone new).

vi.closing

we’ll see you
at the door.
