Level 1 · 50 min
Reformer Foundations
The slow, spoken-through introduction to the reformer. Springs, straps, and why your feet matter. Start here
Level 2 · 50 min
Reformer Flow
The continuous class. Fewer stops, longer sequences, the machine starts to feel like an extension of you. About this class
Level 2–3 · 55 min
Deep Form
Slow eccentric strength on heavy springs. The hardest class we teach, at the quietest volume. About this class
1:1 · 55 min
Private Sessions
Fifty-five minutes, one reformer, one teacher, one agenda: yours. About this class
Why we're quiet
The room doesn't shout, so your body can speak.
Boutique fitness spent a decade confusing volume with effort. We went the other way: no leaderboards, no playlists at punishment volume, no instructor on a headset selling you a sprint. Just springs — which are honest — and teachers who watch closely enough to catch the rep where everything lines up.
- Small on purpose. Eight reformers. Your teacher knows your name and your stiff side by week one.
- Slow on purpose. Control before speed, always. Our hardest class is also our quietest.
- Honest on purpose. Published prices, a 12-hour cancellation window, and no contract theatrics.

“I came in with the intro offer, fully expecting to be the disaster at the back. There is no back. Mara set my springs, learned my name, and I was hooked by the second class.”
“Deep Form is the hardest hour of my week and there isn't a single burpee in it. My physio noticed the difference before I did.”
“I trained here through my whole pregnancy and came back at eleven weeks postpartum. Sofie adjusted everything, every class, without ever making it a thing. That's rare.”
