01.12 years on the floor

maren cole

Forma Pilates · Romana Kryzanowska lineage

Brings a strong classical line to the room. Her thursday strength class sells out a week ahead.

02.9 years on the floor

asha varma

BASI · Polestar

Movement-first. Asha builds long, slow flows that read like a single sentence. Good first class for many.

03.7 years on the floor

lior ben-ari

Stott · Kinesthesiology, Tel Aviv

Quietest voice in the building; the room follows it. Often the room people return to.

04.11 years on the floor

noor patel

Polestar · craniosacral therapy

Always teaches arriving and resting. The room you book on the days you almost didn't come in.

v.how we practice

four
plainly stated
principles.

  1. i.

    small classes

ten reformers, never more. We don't add a back row.

  2. ii.

    named instruction

you book with a teacher, not with a slot. Their name is on the chip.

  3. iii.

    fifty minutes

long enough to settle, short enough to keep. Two long-forms each weekend.

  4. iv.

    no music below 60 bpm

the room runs at the pace of breath. Music is a soft second voice, not a beat.

vi.the intro

three classes,
seventy-five.

we don’t do drop-in. we ask new students to take three classes — most pick arriving for the first, moving for the second, strengthening (with maren or kiri) for the third. seventy-five for all three, valid for fourteen days.
