Membership terms
- Month-to-month, billed on the date you join. No initiation fee, no contract
- Cancel with 30 days' notice by email. No exit interview
- Pause for up to 2 months per year at no charge (injury, travel, life)
- Rollover classes expire after one month. We'll nudge you before they do
- If prices ever change, existing members keep their rate for 12 months

Pack terms
- A pack's clock starts the day you buy it, not the day you first use it
- We email a reminder two weeks before any pack expires
- Ask before it expires and we'll extend a pack once, by one month
- Unused classes aren't refunded after expiry
- Share a pack with one named household member; tell the desk once
One-to-one
Private sessions
Fifty-five minutes, one reformer, a written plan that carries between visits.
- Move or cancel a private with 24 hours' notice; later than that, the session is used
- Private packs are for one person and can't be shared
- Form 8 and Unlimited members take 10% off automatically

The policy questions
Pregnant or working around an injury? Read the health questions before you buy anything.
What's the cancellation policy, honestly?
Release your spot 12 or more hours before class and the credit returns automatically. Inside 12 hours, the class is used. No hidden fees, no strikes system. The policy exists so waitlisted members get your spot in time to use it. Privates need 24 hours' notice.
Do class packs expire?
Yes, and the dates are printed on the pricing page: a 5-class pack lasts 3 months, a 10-class pack 6 months, and a 20-class pack 12 months, starting the day you buy. We email you two weeks before expiry, and we'll extend a pack once by a month if you ask before it runs out.
How do I cancel or pause a membership?
Email us with 30 days' notice to cancel. There's no contract and no exit interview. You can also pause for up to two months a year at no charge for injury, travel, or anything else.
What exactly is the intro offer?
Three group classes (Foundations or Flow) for $49, for new clients only, to use within 30 days of your first class. Unused classes expire after the 30 days. It doesn't auto-renew, and it's an ongoing offer with no end date.
Are prices before or after tax?
All prices are in Canadian dollars, with HST added at checkout. There are no booking fees, initiation fees, or equipment fees.
