five
formats.
the schedule is structured around four named formats, plus a saturday + sunday long form. every format runs at least twice a week. the intensity dots are honest — strengthening is genuinely harder than moving, every time.

arriving
the slowest of the week. we begin at the breath. ground work first, springs only at the end. excellent first class. excellent return-from-injury class.

moving
a complete reformer flow with continuity. the room moves as one. medium springs. asha's room reads like a single sentence; lior's reads like a quiet whisper.

strengthening
the most demanding class on the schedule. heavier springs, longer holds, full-body emphasis. maren's tuesday strength class books out a week ahead.

resting
restorative. supported poses, soft work, breath-led. a nervous-system class. fewer mats — more space per body. usually thursday evenings and sunday mornings.

the long form
an extended weekend class. one of the strongest pulls on the schedule — saturday's nine o'clock with maren has a wait list every week.
one
to one.
