Evening Flow, athletes' control work, transitions
“Everyone arrives at 5:30 carrying the whole day. My job is where you put it down.”
Tomas found the reformer as a middle-distance runner chasing an extra half-second, and stayed when he realised the machine was fixing things running had spent a decade breaking. He teaches the after-work block — the 5:30 and later classes where half the room arrives still wearing the day.
His Flow classes are known for transitions so smooth you don't notice the hour end, and for the two minutes of stillness he guards at the close like a personal possession.
Off the mat: Runs the lakeshore path at sunrise and reviews Roncesvalles bakeries in a spreadsheet.
