Instructor — prenatal & postnatal lead
Sofie Andersen
Pre/postnatal adaptation, returning bodies, midday classes
“A changing body isn't a problem to work around. It's the curriculum.”
Sofie trained in Copenhagen, where the studios are small, the coffee is serious, and nobody yells encouragement at strangers. She fit in here immediately. She leads our pre- and postnatal work, which at Quiet Form is not a separate class but a set of adaptations she teaches every instructor to hold inside regular programming.
Members who train through pregnancy at Quiet Form work with Sofie first — one private, one plan, and then back into the room with the springs quietly adjusted. Her midday Foundations is the softest landing in the schedule.
Off the mat: Cycles everywhere, year-round, with studded winter tires she will happily lecture you about.
