Instructor — strength & rehab bridge
Jonah Reyes
Deep Form programming, post-physio return, tempo strength
“Slow is just honest. Speed hides everything the spring wants to teach you.”
Jonah came to Pilates from the strength world, and it shows — in the best way. Deep Form is his design: heavy springs, five-count lowers, and progressions tracked week to week like a proper strength block, delivered at library volume.
His private clients are mostly people finishing physiotherapy who aren't ready to be done being watched. He keeps notes like a coach and cues like one too: short, specific, and never twice when once lands.
Off the mat: Still rows badly on purpose every summer, and makes a competition-grade flan.
