Your first visit

What to expect

Your first visit runs about an hour — history, questions, and a dating ultrasound if needed. From 36 weeks you'll tour the Birth Center, meet the triage nurses, and leave with one phone number that is always answered.

When it can't wait

If you're pregnant and something feels wrong — bleeding, leaking fluid, reduced movement, a severe headache — call the OB triage line first, any hour. Urgent care is never the right door in pregnancy; the triage nurses will tell you exactly where to go.
