Bring your card
Insurance card or plan + member numbers at your first visit. One-time setup, sixty seconds.

We submit before you leave
The claim goes to your insurer electronically at checkout. No forms, no waiting for reimbursement.

You pay the difference
If your plan covers 80%, you pay 20%. Your receipt shows exactly what was billed and covered.

We also treat ICBC (motor vehicle) and WorkSafeBC claims — physiotherapy and chiropractic visits under an active claim number are usually billed directly to the insurer with no out-of-pocket fee. Bring your claim number to your first visit.
Cancellations
Life happens — just give us 24 hours' notice to change or cancel. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are billed at 50% of the visit fee; no-shows are billed in full.
Good to know
- No referral needed — though a few extended-health plans require one for reimbursement.
- We accept debit, all major credit cards, and mobile pay. Receipts are emailed automatically.
- No pre-paid packages, ever. You pay per visit, and your plan tells you how many to expect.
- Fees are identical at both clinics.
