STRIDE Movement Clinic

Treatments

Physiotherapy

Assessment-first rehab that ends in strength, not just relief.

Physiotherapy at Stride starts with a full 60-minute assessment — history, movement screen, strength and range baselines — before anyone touches a treatment plan. You leave visit one knowing what's going on, how long it should take, and what it will cost.

Treatment blends hands-on work (manual therapy, dry needling, soft-tissue release) with the thing that actually keeps you better: progressive loading. Every plan ends on our strength floor, not on the plinth.

The arc

What to expect

  1. Visit 1 — the assessment

60 minutes, one-on-one. Movement screen, strength and range baselines, a plain-language explanation, and the first round of treatment. You leave with a plan and a timeline.

  2. Follow-ups — 45 hands-on minutes

No double-booking, no 15-minute heat-pack visits. Manual work plus supervised loading, progressed against your baseline numbers every time.

  3. Discharge — when you pass the test

You're done when you can demonstrate the strength and control your sport or job demands — not when your benefits run out.
