Common questions

Pricing in plain English.

How does the insurance check work?

During signup, you enter your insurance card details. We run an eligibility check in real time and tell you exactly what your copay or coinsurance will be — usually inside 90 seconds.

What if my plan isn't listed?

Try us. Most commercial plans we don't list outright still process through our clearinghouse. If yours doesn't, we'll write you a superbill so you can self-submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

Are sessions tax-deductible?

Yes — therapy with licensed providers is HSA/FSA-eligible and deductible as a medical expense. We email an annual summary every January.

Do you cover Medicare/Medicaid?

Yes for Medicare in all 50 states. Medicaid coverage varies by state — we currently accept Medicaid in 22 states; the signup flow tells you exactly when it's eligible for yours.

Run your insurance. Get an estimate in 90 seconds.

The fastest way to know what therapy will cost you. Eligibility check happens during signup — no card on file required.
