Real members. Real change.
Therapy at Sanctum was different. The matching actually worked, and I felt heard from the very first session.

First time in therapy and Sanctum made it less scary than I expected. My therapist understood me from minute one.

Mira specializes in new parents. She didn't try to make me feel grateful for being a mother — she helped me feel like myself again.

I'd been on three waitlists when I tried Sanctum. Matched within a day with someone who actually got me, and my first session was that Friday.

Eight sessions in I asked myself why I'd waited so long. The match was accurate from minute one. The app makes it impossible to fall off.

My Sanctum therapist helped me notice the spiraling thoughts before they spiraled. It's great to talk to somebody who actually listens.

Any questions?

How much is Sanctum online therapy?
Most members pay $0–$50 per session after deductible. Self-pay starts at $69 per week (4 sessions/month) or $89 per individual session. Sliding-scale rates from $35 are available for income-qualifying members.
Does insurance cover online therapy?
Yes, in most cases. We're in-network with Cigna, Aetna, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Anthem BCBS, Humana, Medicare, and Medicaid in many states. Run your insurance during signup for a real-time eligibility check — usually within 90 seconds.
Is online therapy effective?
Yes. Peer-reviewed research repeatedly shows online therapy is as effective as in-person for most concerns including anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The barrier matters more than the modality — therapy you actually attend works.
What is the difference between therapy and psychiatry?
Therapy is talk-based work with a licensed therapist (psychologist, social worker, or counselor) using approaches like CBT, EMDR, or ACT. Psychiatry is medication-based care with a psychiatrist (MD). Many members do both — they work better together than either alone.
How do I get matched with a therapist?
Three minutes of intake, then we route you to a licensed therapist with same-week availability. Within 24 hours of completing intake, you'll have an introductory message from your matched therapist.
