Anxiety, burnout, and the pressure to have it all together
Most of my clients are the person everyone else leans on. This is the hour where you get to put that down.
About Maya
Maya spent her first years of practice in a Manhattan hospital's outpatient behavioral health program, where she saw how often high-functioning anxiety hides in plain sight — in overachievers, caretakers, and people who "seem fine." Her work now centers on helping clients notice the rules they've absorbed about being enough, and loosening the ones that no longer serve them.
Sessions with Maya are structured but warm: expect concrete practices between sessions, honest reflection, and zero judgment about how messy the week actually was.
