For a lot of my clients, 'self-care' was never on the family menu. We put it there — without burning the family down.

About Sofia

Sofia grew up translating for her parents — school forms, doctor visits, the works — and much of her practice serves clients who carry that same in-between role: first-generation professionals, eldest daughters, family fixers. Her work honors loyalty to family while making room for a self.

She offers sessions in English and Spanish, and many clients move between both in a single conversation. That's welcome.
