How to set up your portal access
- 01Check your email
We send portal setup instructions automatically after your first Express Care visit. Subject line: “Welcome to Express Care — set up your portal”.
- 02Click the setup link · valid 14 days
The link in the email opens the setup page. Pick a password, enable 2-factor auth (optional but recommended), and verify your phone.
- 03Lost the email?
Email portal@expresscare.example with your full name and date of birth — we’ll re-send the setup link within 1 business day.
