  • Sustainable shift schedules

    12-hour shifts, never 14 or 16. 14 shifts per 4-week cycle for clinicians. Coverage built so you don’t cover for missing colleagues.

  • Competitive base + equity track

    Market-rate base salaries. Senior clinicians (3+ years on staff) participate in practice equity through a structured profit-sharing program.

  • Full benefits

    Medical + dental + vision (employee contribution). 401(k) with 4% match (vesting from day one). 4 weeks PTO + 6 paid holidays.

  • CME stipend + license reimbursement

    $3,500/year CME stipend for clinicians. State license + DEA reimbursement. Conference attendance encouraged.
