Booking + walk-ins

4 answers in this section.

Do I need an appointment?

No. We see walk-ins all day, every day, until 9pm. You can also hold a spot online — that puts you in the queue without sitting in the lobby. We'll text you when it's almost your turn.

How long is the wait?

Average door-to-doctor is 18 minutes across all 14 clinics. We post live wait times on our walk-in wait times page, updated every 30 seconds.

Do you take kids?

Yes. We see kids 6 months and up. Every clinic has at least one provider trained in pediatric urgent care.

Can I see a provider on video?

Yes — same providers, $59 self-pay or in-network with most plans. Video visits available 7am to 9pm every day. If video isn't right for what you have, we'll route you to the closest clinic.

Insurance + billing

4 answers in this section.

Will you bill my insurance?

We bill most major plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Bring your card. Self-pay rates are posted on our pricing page if you're between coverage.

What does a visit cost?

Self-pay is $95 for a standard sick visit, $135 for an injury or laceration repair, $180 if you need an X-ray. Posted in writing on the pricing page. With insurance, your copay or deductible applies.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — interest-free, set up at the front desk. Self-pay patients get a 10% discount when paid within 30 days.

What if I can't afford the visit?

Tell the front desk. We have a sliding-scale fund for patients who need it, and we can connect you to community health resources. Nobody gets turned away mid-emergency.

Treatment + records

4 answers in this section.

What's the difference between Express Care and an ER?

ERs are for life-threatening emergencies — chest pain, stroke signs, severe injury, anything that may need an inpatient bed. Urgent care is for everything else that won't wait until Monday.

Will you send my visit notes to my primary care?

Yes — automatically, same business day. Just give us your primary care's name and fax at check-in.

Can you fill prescriptions?

Yes, except controlled substances (opioids, benzodiazepines, ADHD stimulants) — those need a primary care or psychiatrist. Anything else, we send to your pharmacy of choice before you leave.

Do you take workers' comp?

Yes. We bill workers' comp directly and write OSHA-compliant return-to-work notes the same visit. Tell the front desk it's a work injury and we'll handle it.

Still didn't find your answer?

Our front desk picks up every call within three rings, every day until 9pm.
