Posted on the wall of every clinic
The price is the price
This is the entire price list — the same one taped up next to reception in all four clinics. Self-pay patients pay exactly these numbers. Insured patients usually just owe a copay.
Three flat fees cover the visit
Clinic visit
$149
- Provider exam + diagnosis
- Care plan + e-prescription
- Work or school note
- Radiologist over-read on any X-ray
One flat fee whatever brings you in. Add-ons below are the only extras — and you approve each one first.
Virtual visit
$79
- Video visit with the same providers
- E-prescription where appropriate
- Work or school note
- $79 credited toward a same-day clinic visit if we send you in
Every day, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. If we can't safely treat you by video, you don't pay for the video.
Sports / school physical
$45
- Full sports or school physical
- OHSAA + camp forms signed on the spot
- No visit fee stacked on top
- Team blocks by arrangement
The $45 is the entire price. Bring the form; leave with it signed.
Add-ons — the only extras that exist
If your visit needs one of these, your provider quotes the posted price before doing it. Nothing lands on your receipt that you didn't say yes to.

The no-surprises rules
Four promises, in writing
The price list is the price
These prices are posted on the wall of every clinic and on this page. Self-pay patients pay exactly this — no facility fee, no after-the-fact billing codes.
You approve add-ons first
If your visit needs an X-ray or a test, your provider tells you what it costs before doing it. Nothing lands on your receipt that you didn't say yes to.
If we can't help, you don't pay
If we examine you and the right answer is the ER or a specialist, we waive the visit fee and call ahead for you. You shouldn't pay twice to be seen once.
One itemized receipt, same day
You leave with an itemized receipt that matches this page — ready for HSA/FSA reimbursement or your records.
The bill is the other emergency
Average Express Care visit
$196
average total Express Care visit, including add-ons (2025 internal average — fictional)
Typical ER bill, same conditions
$1,500–$3,000+
typical emergency-room bill for the same minor conditions
Real emergencies belong in an ER — full stop. But for the sprains, strep throats, and stitches that fill ER lobbies every evening, the posted list above is the whole story.
Using insurance instead?
Most insured patients owe only their urgent-care copay. High-deductible plan? Ask us to quote self-pay too — it's often less.
One line, no surprises
You've seen the whole list.
That was everything — no facility fees, no surprise codes, no page two. Check the live board and come on in.
