Insurance + self-pay
Two ways to pay, zero ways to be surprised: your plan's urgent-care copay, or the flat prices posted on the wall.

How paying works here
In network with most major plans
We're in network with the plans above plus Medicare and Ohio Medicaid. Most insured patients owe only their urgent-care copay — typically $25–$75 — collected at check-in, and that's the end of it.
No insurance? The wall price is your price
Self-pay patients pay the flat prices on our pricing page. No discount games, no inflated 'chargemaster' rate — the posted price is the whole price.
High-deductible plan? Compare first
If you haven't met your deductible, our self-pay flat rate is often cheaper than the insurer-negotiated rate. Ask the front desk to quote both before we register the visit — happy to run it either way.
HSA + FSA welcome
Every clinic takes HSA and FSA cards, and your same-day itemized receipt has everything reimbursement portals ask for.
What to bring
- Photo ID
- Insurance card (if using insurance)
- Current medication list
- For minors: a parent or legal guardian
- For work visits: your employer's paperwork
Forgot something? Come anyway. The front desk untangles missing cards every day — it's the least urgent part of urgent care.
Money questions, answered
What does a visit cost?
Self-pay: a flat $149 clinic visit, $79 virtual visit, or $45 sports physical, plus posted add-on prices you approve in advance. With insurance: your urgent-care copay, typically $25–$75. The whole list is on our pricing page — and on the wall.
Do you take my insurance?
We're in network with most major plans, plus Medicare and Ohio Medicaid. Check the insurance page for the list — and if you're on a high-deductible plan, ask us to quote self-pay too. It's often less.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — any balance over $100 can be split into three monthly payments at no interest. Set it up at the front desk before you leave.
