How it works

Built like a good transit system: you always know where you stand

  1. Pick your line

Four clinics, four colors, live wait times for each. The board never lies — it's the same one our staff watch.

  2. Save your spot

Hold your place from your phone in under a minute and wait anywhere but a waiting room. Or just walk in — same queue, same care.

  3. In, out, on with your day

Door to door averages 28 minutes. You approve every add-on price before we do it, and the receipt matches the wall.

The price is the price

Quick answers

Do I need an appointment?

No — every clinic is walk-in, always. Saving your spot online just holds your place in that clinic's line so you can wait anywhere but a waiting room. Walk-ins and saved spots are woven into one queue in arrival order.

How accurate are the posted wait times?

They're live estimates refreshed every few minutes from each clinic's check-in system, and they represent time to a provider, not time to the front desk. A serious case can jump the line — that's medicine — but our average door-to-door visit runs about 28 minutes.

What ages do you see?

Six months and up at every clinic. Children under 18 need a parent or legal guardian present for treatment.
