DOT physical exams
DOT-certified examiners (FMCSA registered) at every clinic. Standard 1-year + 2-year exams. e-Certificate filed with FMCSA same-day.
Drug + alcohol screening
5-panel + 10-panel urine, breath alcohol, hair follicle (send-out). Pre-employment, random, post-incident. DOT-compliant chain of custody.
Pre-employment exams
Fit-for-duty exams, vision + hearing screens, immunization verification, basic lifting/movement assessments.
Occupational vaccinations
Tetanus, hepatitis B (3-dose series), TDAP, hepatitis A, MMR, COVID, flu. Verification letters provided.
Workers' comp
Initial injury exams, follow-up care, modified-duty letters, return-to-work clearance. We bill the carrier directly.
Return-to-work clearance
Post-illness or post-injury fitness-for-duty. Most cleared same-day; complex cases may need labs or imaging.
OSHA documentation
Compliant OSHA 300 logs, recordable injury documentation, workplace exposure reports.

Workers’ comp visits billed directly to the carrier — no patient cost. Bring your claim number + employer info at check-in. Some workers’ comp plans need pre-authorization; we’ll help you confirm.
