How we build it
Most fence complaints start at the gate. A gate hangs off one post and gets used every day, so we build it differently from the fence: heavier posts set deeper, steel frames or anti-sag kits on wood, and hinges rated for the weight. We also rebuild and re-hang gates on fences we did not build.

Can you fix a gate on a fence you did not build?
Yes. A gate rebuild or re-hang is one of our most common repair calls. If the post is the problem, we replace the post too.
Will my wood gate sag?
Every wood gate we build gets a steel frame or a diagonal anti-sag kit, and we come back once in the first year to adjust it for free.
