How we build it

Vinyl costs more up front than wood, then asks almost nothing of you. No staining, no rotting boards, no splinters. We install solid privacy panels, semi-privacy with a lattice top, and classic picket, in white or tan. Vinyl posts slip over or around steel-reinforced footings so the line stays straight when the wind picks up.

A cracked vinyl panel is replaced, not patched, so keep the spare panel we leave you.
Darker colours can fade over many years in full sun. White and tan hold up best.

Questions about vinyl

Will vinyl turn yellow?

Quality vinyl has UV inhibitors and stays white for many years. We use panels with a manufacturer warranty against yellowing, and we show you that warranty before you sign.

Can vinyl go on a slope?

Yes. We step the panels down the hill so each one stays level. Steep yards need more posts, which the estimator adds as a slope charge.
