Broken spring replacement
Spring snapped at 6:40 on a school morning with both cars inside. Called at 7, Ruben was here by 10:30. He showed me the price on his tablet first, explained why both springs should go, and had it done in an hour. Fair price, no drama.

Belt drive opener installed
Our old chain opener sounded like a freight train under our bedroom. The new belt drive is so quiet we check the app to see if the door moved. They set up the keypad and both phones before leaving.

Off-track door repair
My son backed into the door and knocked it half off the track. They told me on the phone not to run the opener, which saved the panels. Reset, new rollers on one side, done. Way less than I feared.

New carriage-house doors
Kayla brought samples and helped us pick a carriage door that actually fits our house. Quote was the same day and the final bill matched it to the dollar. The install crew was in and out in five hours.

Commercial bay door repair
Bay two would not close on a Friday afternoon. They came after we closed, replaced the cables and had it locked by 8 p.m. Now all four bays are on their maintenance route.

Care Plus tune-up
The fall tune-up found a frayed cable I never would have noticed. They sent a photo, I said yes, and it was fixed on the same visit with the member discount.

Spring and cable repair
Good work at a fair price. The tech was about 40 minutes later than the window, but the office texted me ahead of time so I was not left guessing. Door has been perfect since.

After-hours emergency call
Door stuck wide open at 11 p.m. on a Saturday. Somebody actually answered, told me the after-hours fee up front, and a tech had it closed and locked a little after midnight.

Repair instead of a new door
Another company told us we needed a whole new door. Liftline replaced one panel and the rollers for a fraction of that. Honest people. When we do want a new door, we know who to call.
