Maintenance plan
A yearly tune-up catches the frayed cable and the tired spring before they fail at 7 a.m. on a school day. Plan members also skip the visit fee and get priority booking.
- from $129
- A tune-up takes about 45 minutes per door.
How we do it
A garage door moves about 1,500 times a year. A tune-up keeps it smooth and quiet: we lube the moving parts, tighten the hardware, check spring balance and cables, test the safety sensors and the auto-reverse, and adjust the opener.
You get a short checklist after each visit with photos of anything that is wearing. Nothing is replaced on a tune-up without your OK, and plan members get member prices if something is.

The fall tune-up found a frayed cable I never would have noticed. They sent a photo, I said yes, and it was fixed on the same visit with the member discount.

Spring snapped at 6:40 on a school morning with both cars inside. Called at 7, Ruben was here by 10:30. He showed me the price on his tablet first, explained why both springs should go, and had it done in an hour. Fair price, no drama.
