Safety first
If the door is off track, unplug the opener and keep people and cars clear. A door hanging on one cable can drop without warning. What to do right now
How we do it
Doors come off track for a few reasons: a car bumps the door, a cable snaps on one side, a roller wears out, or the track itself is bent or loose. Running the opener on a crooked door can bend panels and turn a $200 fix into a new door.
We secure the door first, then put it back on the track, replace bad rollers, straighten or replace the track, and check both cables. If a panel is bent, we will show you, price one new section, and match it to your door where the maker still sells it.
Call us when
- The door is tilted, with one side higher than the other
- Rollers have popped out of the track

- The door scrapes or grinds as it moves
- Someone backed into it
Every job includes
- Door secured before we touch anything

- Track plumbed and bolted tight
- Written warranty on parts and labor

My son backed into the door and knocked it half off the track. They told me on the phone not to run the opener, which saved the panels. Reset, new rollers on one side, done. Way less than I feared.

Another company told us we needed a whole new door. Liftline replaced one panel and the rollers for a fraction of that. Honest people. When we do want a new door, we know who to call.
