How we do it

Most opener problems are small: a stripped gear, a bad logic board, a safety sensor knocked out of line, or a remote with a tired battery. Those are quick fixes, and we fix them instead of selling a new unit.

When the opener is past saving, or you want quieter, smarter and battery backup, we install a new one in about two hours. We carry belt drive, chain drive and wall-mount models, and set up the app, keypad and remotes before we leave.

Call us when

  • The motor hums but the door does not move
  • The door starts down, then reverses back up
  • The light blinks and nothing happens
  • Remotes or the keypad stopped working
  • It is loud enough to wake the house

Every job includes

  • Diagnosis in plain words before any parts are ordered
  • Safety sensors aligned and the auto-reverse tested
  • Remotes, keypad and app paired and tested
  • Old opener hauled away on replacements
  • Written warranty on parts and labor
