Yes. The visit takes 30 to 45 minutes and you get a written quote within 48 hours. There's no charge and no pressure to book.

Because two bedrooms the same size can need very different prep. We publish honest ranges on our pricing page, then give you an exact number in writing after we've seen the job.

A deposit holds your start date. The balance is due only after your final walkthrough, once you're happy. Projects over $3,000 can also be paid monthly through a third-party lender, subject to approval.

Our own painters, on payroll, with a named crew lead. We don't hand jobs to day-labour subcontractors.

Only where it truly helps, like next to a finished floor. Ceiling lines and trim edges are cut by hand with a brush. It's faster and sharper in skilled hands, and it's where our name comes from.

If your home was built before 1978, we test before sanding or scraping. If lead is present we follow lead-safe work practices: containment, careful clean-up and a written note of what we did.

Premium lines from major paint makers, chosen for the surface: scrubbable finishes for kitchens, hard enamels for trim and cabinets, flexible exterior paints for siding. Your quote names the exact product.

Yes. Every estimate includes a quick colour chat, and our full in-home colour consultation is $175, credited back when you book the painting with us.

From May to early October, when nights are warm enough for paint to cure. Spring dates fill by March, so most people book their estimate in the winter.

Interior work is usually 2 to 4 weeks out. Exterior work in summer can be 6 to 10 weeks out. We give you a real date in your quote.

Peeling, flaking or blistering caused by our prep or application. Three years on interior and exterior painting, two on cabinets and commercial work, one on decks and fences.
