Three rooms and a stairwell. The ceiling lines are so straight my husband asked if they used a laser. They covered everything, cleaned every afternoon, and finished a day early.

Our oak kitchen was dark and dated. Tran's crew filled the grain and sprayed them navy. Friends keep asking where we bought the cabinets. We had a working sink the whole time.

Our house is from 1924. They tested for lead before scraping and explained the extra steps in plain English. The quote did not change by a dollar. Two neighbours have asked for their number.

They painted our whole office over five evenings. Every morning the desks were back where they belonged and it barely smelled of paint.

I had 14 white chips taped to the wall. Kelsey looked at the floors and the light, painted three big boards, and the answer was obvious in a day. Worth every penny, and it came off our bill.

Rain pushed our fence back a week, which was annoying at the time. But they wouldn't stain wet wood, and two months later it still looks fantastic. Rosa kept us posted the whole way.

Got three quotes. Cutline's came first, was the clearest, and listed every room and repair. Not the cheapest, but the only one I fully understood. No regrets.

We were nervous about yellow siding. They painted big test patches on the house and we stood on the sidewalk deciding. It's the happiest house on the block now.

After our move-in, the movers dinged two walls. Cutline came back as part of their warranty touch-up visit and you can't tell where the damage was.
