Painting Madison since 2011 · Fully insured

In writing

Warranty

A paint job should look good long after the crew has gone. If paint we applied peels, flakes or blisters because of our prep or our work, we come back and fix it at no charge. Here is exactly what that means.

Warranty terms by type of work

Covered

  • Peeling, flaking or blistering caused by our prep or application
  • Paint that loses grip on a surface we prepared
  • Caulk we installed that cracks or pulls away
  • Visible lap marks, holidays or thin spots we missed

Not covered

  • Damage from bumps, moving furniture or harsh scrubbing
  • Moisture from roofs, plumbing, gutters or the structure
  • Wood rot we flagged in writing and you chose not to repair
  • Normal fading of dark colours in strong sun
  • New settling cracks that open after the job

Not sure which side something falls on? Send a photo anyway. We'd rather look and tell you than have you wonder.

How a claim works

  1. Send us a photo

Email or text a photo of the problem with your address. No forms, no fine print.

  2. We take a look

A crew lead visits within 10 business days to check the cause with you.

  3. We fix it, free

If it's covered, we repair it in the same colour and sheen at no charge.
