Calm living room with warm white walls, a framed bird print and a soft beige sofa with patterned pillows

How we do it

Most of what makes a room look professionally painted happens before the first coat. We move and cover the furniture, fill and sand every hole, caulk the gaps along the trim, and spot-prime repairs so they don't show through. Then we put on two full coats, with ceiling lines and trim edges cut by hand. Your rooms are usable every evening, and the crew leaves them broom clean.

What's included

  • Furniture moved to the middle of the room and covered
  • Floors protected with canvas drop cloths and taped paper
  • Nail holes, dents and hairline cracks filled and sanded
  • Two full coats on walls, trim and doors in a hard enamel
  • Switch plates off and back on, labelled by room
  • Daily clean-up and a final walkthrough with you

Good to know

Going from a dark colour to a light one, heavy patching, and stairwells over 14 feet tall all add time. We price those on the visit, in writing, so the number doesn't move later.

When to book

Booked all year. January to March is our quietest stretch, so it's the easiest time to get the date you want.

Time on site

1 to 2 days for most single rooms, 5 to 8 days for a whole interior.

Questions we hear

Do I need to move my furniture?

No. Clear small things like lamps, photos and anything breakable. We move the heavy pieces to the middle of the room, cover them, and put them back when we finish.

Can we live in the house while you paint?

Yes. We work one or two rooms at a time, use low-odour paint, and clean up every afternoon so you have your rooms back each evening.
