Every plan is an initial service visit plus a visit every 11–13 weeks. Year one is the initial plus three quarterly visits; after that it's four visits a year. Here's that arithmetic, done for you, before anyone asks for your phone number.

Bed bugs and termites are always inspection-first projects, on any tier — no honest plan 'includes' them.

A plan is the wrong product for a one-off problem

One wasp nest? One spring ant trail that's never happened before? Buy the one-time treatment — it comes with its own recheck and costs less than a year of any plan. Quarterly service earns its keep on chronic pressure: greenway rodents, every-spring ants, spiders you're done negotiating with. If your situation reads one-off to us, we'll say so on site, even when the plan would have paid us more.
