  Ants: one-time · May 2026

“Tech traced the trail to a stump by our fence in about ten minutes. Ants got worse for a few days exactly like he said they would, then vanished. The written note about our downspout was a nice touch: that was the actual cause.”

  Rodents: one-time + Plus plan · February 2026

“Priya found five entry points, showed us photos of each, and sealed them the same visit. The scratching stopped within two weeks. We signed up for Plus after, not because they pushed it: they actually didn't, but because the crawlspace photos convinced us.”

  Ants: one-time · June 2026

“Took two visits to fully knock out our carpenter ants, which they'd warned was possible. Second visit was covered under the recheck. Four stars only because scheduling the recheck took a week longer than promised.”

  Wasps: one-time · August 2025

“Bald-faced hornet nest the size of a basketball over our deck. Marcus came at 6:30 am, gone by 7:15, nest down two days later on the recheck. Kids watched from the window like it was a nature documentary.”

Bed bug inspection · March 2026

“I was in full panic mode. Sofia inspected for close to an hour and showed me it was carpet beetles, not bed bugs. Charged the inspection fee and told me exactly how to handle the beetles myself. An honest 'you don't need us' is why I'm writing this.”

  Foundation plan · April 2026

“Second year on the quarterly plan. Odorous house ants used to be an every-spring event; we've seen one trail in two years and the free re-treat handled it in three days.”

  Cockroaches: one-time · January 2026

“Inherited a roach problem with a house purchase. Two scheduled visits plus one extra follow-up did clear it, but be ready for the prep list: it's real work. They were upfront that our unsealed pet-food bin was half the battle. They were right.”

  Rodents: one-time · November 2025

“No rodenticide indoors was the reason we picked Fernwell, with a toddler and two cats. Snap traps checked twice weekly, entry sealed, all activity gone in under a month. Photos before and after every seal.”

Fernwell Plus plan · June 2026

“We back onto a greenway, so rats are just a fact of life here. The locked stations and quarterly vent checks have kept them outside where they belong. Visit notes are genuinely detailed: I read them like a tiny newspaper.”

  Wasps: one-time · September 2025

“Yellowjackets in a wall void. First treatment knocked down 90%; a few stragglers persisted past the 48-hour window so they came back and re-dusted free. Docking a star for the stragglers, adding a mental half-star back for not charging.”
