range map · four zones
Where we work
Four route zones across the Portland metro, run from one shop on Ramona Street. If you're outside the map, we'll say so and point you somewhere good: no drive-time surcharges dressed up as service.
zone 02
Inner Portland: west
- Multnomah Village
- Hillsdale
- Goose Hollow
- NW 23rd / Slabtown
- St. Johns
Full coverage. Older housing stock west of the river keeps our exclusion crew busiest here.
zone 03
East metro
- Gresham
- Troutdale
- Happy Valley
- Clackamas
- Milwaukie
Routes run Tuesday–Friday. Yellowjacket season fills fast here: book early in August.
zone 04
West metro
- Beaverton
- Cedar Mill
- Tigard
- Lake Oswego
- West Linn
Routes run Monday–Thursday. Greenway-adjacent homes are our biggest Plus-plan neighbourhoods.
The honest boundary: If you're outside these zones (Vancouver WA, Oregon City, Hillsboro), we'll refer you to a company we trust rather than quote a drive-time surcharge.
scheduling reality
Real response times, not "immediately!"
Most quotes booked within 2 business days; wasps and rodents usually next-day. Stinging-insect calls near doorways and rodent jobs jump the queue; a quarterly visit can flex a day or two so an urgent job doesn't wait. In August and September, yellowjacket peak, book earlier in the week than you think you need to. We'd rather set that expectation here than miss it at your door.
Every appointment gets a two-hour arrival window and a text when your technician is on the way, with their name, so you know who's knocking.
