Four route zones across the Portland metro, run from one shop on Ramona Street. If you're outside the map, we'll say so and point you somewhere good — no drive-time surcharges dressed up as service.

The honest boundary: If you're outside these zones (Vancouver WA, Oregon City, Hillsboro), we'll refer you to a company we trust rather than quote a drive-time surcharge.
scheduling reality
Real response times, not "immediately!"
Most quotes booked within 2 business days; wasps and rodents usually next-day. Stinging-insect calls near doorways and rodent jobs jump the queue; a quarterly visit can flex a day or two so an urgent job doesn't wait. In August and September — yellowjacket peak — book earlier in the week than you think you need to. We'd rather set that expectation here than miss it at your door.
Every appointment gets a two-hour arrival window and a text when your technician is on the way — with their name, so you know who's knocking.
