About incentives — deliberately no numbers here
Tax credits, rebates, and utility programs change, expire, and depend on your address and tax situation — the federal residential credit, for example, ended for most homeowners after 2025, and plenty of solar marketing still hasn't updated. We verify what currently applies to you and show each program as its own line item in the quote. If a program changes before you sign, the quote changes with it — in the open.
Three ways to pay — one we don't sell
One payment, no interest, simplest math. The whole 25-year production stream is yours.

A home-improvement or credit-union solar loan. You own the system from day one; the loan payment replaces part of your utility bill.

A third party owns the panels on your roof; you buy the power or rent the hardware, usually with an annual price escalator.

Consumer defense, free of charge

Pad the base price 10–20%, then apply a dramatic "manager's discount" that lands right at market rate. If a price can drop $6,000 during one conversation, it was never real.

That "1.99% APR" solar loan often hides 15–25% of the system price as a lender fee baked into the principal. Our cash and financed prices are the same number — and we'll decompose any competing loan quote for you, free.

"Your bill basically disappears" sells systems; fixed utility charges and below-retail export credits are the reality. Our calculator models both, and prints the assumptions.
