- Fluent Spanish and English, spoken and written
- Prior intake, dispatch, triage, or crisis-line experience preferred
- Shift differential for overnight coverage; no cold calling, ever
Case Manager Litigation Support · Full-time · Manhattan office
Own a caseload's moving parts: medical-record collection, client check-ins, provider coordination, and keeping every deadline visible long before it's close.
- 2+ years in personal-injury case management
- Comfortable reading medical records and building chronologies
- Systems-brain: our case files are tidy or they are nothing
Associate Attorney — Trial Team Litigation · Full-time · Manhattan office
Depositions, motion practice, and second-seating trials from month one. We staff cases to win them at trial, which is why most of them settle well.
- NY bar admission and 1–4 years of litigation experience (either side)
- Insurance-defense alumni welcome — we like people who know the other playbook
- Real trial exposure, not document review with a fancy title
Paralegal — Medical Malpractice Medical Malpractice · Full-time · Manhattan office / hybrid
Support our nurse-attorney-led malpractice practice: record retrieval, chart organization, expert coordination, and the meticulous chronology work these cases live on.
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
- Medical-records fluency; clinical background a major plus
- Patience for detail measured in thousands of pages
