Nothing up front. We work on contingency: our fee is a percentage of the money we recover for you, paid from the settlement or award at the end. If there is no recovery, you owe us no fee. Your fee percentage is written in your agreement before we start.
What is my case worth?
Nobody can honestly tell you in the first week. Value depends on your injuries, your recovery, the available insurance and the evidence of fault. Our settlement calculator explains how claims are first estimated, and we'll give you a realistic range once your medical picture is clear. We never promise a number.
How long do I have to file a claim in New York?
Most injury lawsuits must be filed within 3 years. Medical malpractice is generally 2 years and 6 months. Claims against New York City or other public bodies need a notice of claim within 90 days. Car crash no-fault claims are due within 30 days. Exceptions exist in both directions, so call early.
