Marcus Delgado grew up in Washington Heights translating for his parents — at the pharmacy, at the landlord's office, and once, after his father was hurt by a delivery van, at an insurance company that hoped the language barrier would make the claim go away. It didn't. That case put Marcus through CUNY Law, and it is why every client of his hears the same thing in English or Spanish: you will never be talked past in your own case.

Marcus leads the firm's car, truck, rideshare, and pedestrian practice. He is a specialist in New York's no-fault system and its serious-injury threshold, and he has an unusual habit adjusters have learned to respect: he files suit early rather than letting a claim age on an adjuster's desk.

He lives in Jackson Heights, three blocks from the firm's Queens office, and anchors its Spanish-language practice.
