About Marcus

Marcus Delgado grew up in Washington Heights translating for his parents: at the pharmacy, at the landlord's office, and once, after his father was hurt by a delivery van, at an insurance company that hoped the language gap would make the claim go away. It didn't. That case is part of why he went to CUNY Law, and it is why every client of his hears the same thing in English or Spanish: you will never be talked past in your own case.

Marcus leads the firm's car, rideshare and pedestrian practice. He knows New York's no-fault system and its 'serious injury' rule inside and out, and he has a habit adjusters have learned to respect: he files suit early rather than letting a claim go stale.

He lives in Jackson Heights, three blocks from the Queens office, and leads the firm's Spanish-language practice.
