About Erik
Erik Lindqvist came to law by way of a hard hat. Trained as a civil engineer, he spent five years on New York high-rise projects before law school. He still walks accident sites the way an engineer does, reading tie-off points, guardrail specs and site logs that most lawyers hand straight to an expert.
His practice centers on New York's Labor Law §§240 and 241, the 'Scaffold Law' that gives injured construction workers some of the strongest protections in the country. Many workers are never told those protections exist. A workers' comp claim is often only part of the recovery, and Erik's job is finding the third-party case that comp leaves on the table.
Erik represents union and non-union workers alike. The firm never asks about immigration status, because New York law protects every worker on the site.
