How it started
Renee Calder spent five years defending insurance companies. She saw how claims were valued, and how often riders, cyclists and people on foot were blamed before anyone looked at the facts.
In 2004 she opened a small office in Columbus to work the other side. Thomas Rowe joined in 2008, bringing years of work inside a city law department. Samir Haddad joined in 2019 to run the evidence side: the video, the app data and the ride files that disappear if nobody asks for them.
We stayed small on purpose. Three lawyers can know every case by name. That is the whole idea.
