Personal Trainer (Part-time)
$22-$45/hour DOE. NASM, ACE, NSCA-CSCS, or in-progress certification required. Will train on Anytime systems + small-group coaching. ~15-25 hours/week. Growth path to full-time.
Group Fitness Instructor (Part-time)
Per-class compensation $30-$50/class. Format-specific certifications required (HIIT, yoga, cycle, strength). Sub-list available; primary instructors for specific classes. Schedule flexibility.
Senior Personal Trainer (Full-time)
Reports to David Chen. ~30-35 hours/week. NASM Master Certified preferred. $55k base + bonus structure. Mentor junior trainers. Lead specialty programs (marathon prep, senior fitness, body recomp).
Front Desk + Member Experience (Part-time)
$18-$22/hour. Greet members, schedule appointments, answer phones, process new member sign-ups. ~15-25 hours/week. Often a path to sales or trainer role.
Sales + New Member (Full-time)
$45k base + commission ($60k-$80k OTE). Membership sales, trial conversions, corporate account setup. Customer service + relationship-building skills critical.
Assistant Manager (Full-time)
$48k-$58k base + bonus. Reports to Maria Chen. Day-to-day operations, scheduling, member experience. Internal promotion path preferred. Strong organizational + people skills.
