The
fine print.
No expiration. Stacks with the 7-day free trial. Lost cards re-issued. New memberships only — the parent franchise system doesn't let us apply gift cards to existing member dues.
No expiration
Cards never expire. Track record: oldest card we've redeemed was issued 2019, used 2024 by the original recipient who said 'I forgot I had this!'
Stacks with offers
Combines with the 7-day free trial (use the trial first, then start membership with the gift card credit). Also stacks with vet/first-responder discount.
Lost or stolen
Email maria@anytime-westfield.com with the original purchase email. We re-issue with the remaining balance — usually within an hour during staffed hours.
Can't transfer to existing membership
Gift cards apply to new memberships, not existing dues. We've gotten the request a few times; the parent franchise system doesn't allow it.
