Every location's page says “State-of-the-art equipment for every fitness goal.”
This one says 4 power racks, 2 deadlift platforms, dumbbells to 110 lb — the full inventory is printed on the location page.
Independently owned by a Westfield neighbor · Staffed today? Hours are printed, not hidden
Westfield, Indiana · one location, one owner
FlexPoint Westfield is a franchise on paper and a neighborhood gym in every way that matters: owned by a Westfield High PE teacher, parked across the lot from Grand Junction Plaza, and open to your fob at 2 AM when your shift ends. No sales office. No corporate script.
The person behind the desk
Dana Kowalski grew up on Poplar Street, taught a decade of Westfield kids to love moving, and opened this club in 2021 because the nearest gym she trusted was a 25-minute drive. Her franchise agreement covers the logo. Everything else — the coaches, the partners, the Saturday chaos — is hers.
“I taught PE at Westfield High for nine years — my whole job was making people who 'aren't gym people' feel at home. Still is.”
Why this page reads different

Family Saturday, 9 AM — the Tiny Tumblers crew runs the kids' hour while parents train. Free, members or not.
The morning everyone talks about
The Striders run leaves from our lot at 7, Boxfit at 8, the free kids' hour at 9, open platforms at 10, smoothies next door at 11. Half of Westfield cycles through by noon.
Not just in the neighborhood — of it
Run club
The Saturday group run leaves from our parking lot at 7 AM — three pace groups, water and bathrooms on us, no membership needed.
Flex Total members get their annual Striders dues covered.
Physiotherapy clinic
Two doors down. They send us their discharged patients; we send them our tweaked shoulders. Rob co-runs a monthly Backs & Knees workshop with their PTs.
Bring your discharge sheet and your first coached session with Rob is free.
Smoothie bar next door
Shares our wall. Half their smoothie menu is named after our classes — the 'Sunrise' has espresso in it for a reason.

Neighbors, in their own words
“I've lived off Union Street for 12 years and this is the first gym in Westfield where the owner knew my name by week two. The 5:30 AM crew is a genuine little community.”
“Rooted Physio discharged me after knee surgery and Rob literally read my discharge sheet before my first session. Six months later I did the Striders 10K from the gym's parking lot.”
“Family Saturday is the reason we joined. My kids do the Tiny Tumblers hour while my husband and I actually work out. Then smoothies at Juniper. It's the best 90 minutes of our week.”
“Night-shift nurse at Riverview — I train at 2 AM and never feel unsafe. Lot's bright, door logs every entry, and there's an alarm pendant at the desk if you want one. They thought about it.”
