Long-term over flashy
Same partnerships as 6 years ago. We don't churn through one-off sponsorships. Riverview, Westfield Schools, Heart 5K — multi-year commitments.
Volunteer + staff hours
When we partner, we volunteer the time. Maria coaches cross country on her own time. David runs injury-prevention sessions free. We don't bill these hours.
Stay small to stay close
Capped membership lets us know who's who. Most members can put a name to Maria, David, and at least 2 of the 6 trainers within a month.
